Absolutely not! Yoga is for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. I have beginner-friendly classes and can modify poses to suit your body. We all started somewhere, and I'm here to guide you at your pace.
I provide mats, blocks, and props for all sessions. Just bring yourself, wear comfortable clothing, and arrive with an open mind. For online classes, have a yoga mat and some space to move.
